Description
Wild rose (Rosa R. Canina) is a climbing, thorny shrub belonging to the class of roses. It thrives in soils without excessive moisture or extreme drought and is very much in need of sun to fully flower and produce fruit.
It blooms from spring to summer, producing pink and white flowers.When it ripens, immediately after flowering, it produces a fruit, the cynodorodos, which is used to make infusions. The cane fruit has a high nutritional value, as it contains a high proportion of vitamin C and is considered to have important anti-ageing properties.
