Description

Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen, perennial plant that develops into a large dense shrub that spreads its branches sideways. It is one of the most hardy aromatic plants, both in the pot and in the field. In spring and autumn it produces small blue and white flowers. It prefers sunny dry environments , and if planted in the ground can be watered exclusively for rainfall.

All year round you can collect its leaves which are used in cooking. Its flowers attract bees and that is why it is widely used in beekeeping. It has been classified as a traditional medicinal product for indigestion, dysmenorrhea and headache.
